Government

The City of Barnum operates under the Statutory Plan A form of government. This form of government has a Mayor and four Council members. The Mayor is elected and serves a four-year term; The Council is elected and serves overlapping four-year terms.

Wellhead Protection Plan

The City of Barnum implemented a Wellhead Protection Plan with the MN Department of Health in June of 2015. The documents attached are information for our residents on information regarding the plan and how residents can help keep our drinking water safe!
